Hanlys doesn't accept general returns of online purchases. In case you receive a Leakage or damaged product, you can raise an enquiry for a refund or replacement. However, that request has to be raised within 2-3 days of product delivery.
The replacement product is dispatched as soon as the customer representative informs the Operations team.
Refund will be credited in 5-7 working days to the same payment mode.
